The facility is equipped with six Sechrist monoplace (single-person) hyperbaric oxygen chambers, including four newer, larger-model chambers that allow patients to sit upright if preferred. All chambers are constructed from clear plastic, so patients can visit with family, watch TV, or view videos during treatment. Hyperbaric sessions deliver 100% pure oxygen to accelerate healing of complex wounds. Conditions treated include diabetic wounds, venous and arterial ulcers, pressure injuries, radiation tissue damage, poor circulation wounds, autoimmune-related wounds, chronic osteomyelitis, radiation cystitis, sudden idiopathic hearing loss, and osteoradionecrosis. The center accepts most major HMO, PPO, and EPO health plans, Medicare, private indemnity, and supplemental insurance plans. The center is located at 26137 La Paz Road, Mission Viejo, CA and is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM by appointment.
